A list of our preferred vendors, including but not limited to architecture firms, wood + metal work, custom tile, general contractors, and design services are available upon request to all of our wholesale clients.

 

Barista and Coffee Professional Education

We offer continued education courses and professional development for our wholesale clients based on seasonality in our coffee lab.

Rotating Courses include Brewing Science, Dialing-In Espresso, Milk Steaming and Latte Art, and Roasting Science and Introduction to Cupping. We are happy to arrange for on-site trainings with our clients in their shops at their convenience.

 

Service and Support

Thread Coffee Roasters is proud to offer technical services and maintenance to wholesale customers who purchase equipment through Thread and/or use Thread Coffee in their equipment on a daily basis. This service includes quarterly maintenance, also known as Preventative Maintenance, to ensure that your equipment will help you brew our coffee in the best possible conditions, as well as increase the longevity of your equipment.

Thread services equipment from select manufacturers listed below. Thread services La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Slayer, Fetco, Bunn, Curtis, Mahlkonig, and Mazzer espresso machines, coffee brewers, bulk grinders, and espresso grinders. Thread also services Everpure and Global Customized Water filtration systems. Any other equipment by a manufacturer not listed will be reviewed on a case by case basis and must be approved beforehand by the technician.
